A Year of Prayer

 Hello all, This year I'm joining a few other friends and doing a Prayer Planner. I put a post on Facebook asking people to send me a verse that has been encouraging to them so that I can take time and reflect and pray for them. I'm going to try and write a post about the verse I got and what it meant to me. I'm not going to share the name of the person that gave me the verse out of respect for their privacy. My goal is to take a verse that was encouraging to someone and share what I learned from it and hopefully be encouraging to others. I've been really bad about posting lately, partly because I haven't had much to say that's encouraging and partly because I haven't felt like what I had that was encouraging was worth sharing. By doing this I'm hoping having a solid topic I can write about will help get me out of my funk. I'm really looking forward to this chance to invest in my friends, pray for them, and learn about the verse that they shared with me.
